Accommodations

With a stay with the residence formula, is it possible to book the beach service in advance?
No, umbrella and sunbeds both on the beach and in the area of the beach reserved for dogs cannot be reserved before you arrive, but must be reserved once you arrive at the holiday village.
What does the residence formula include?
The RESIDENCE formula includes:
  • The rental of the fully furnished accommodation unit.
  • TV located in the living room (except in Etsi accommodations).
  • Initial cleaning.
  • Consumption of water, electricity, gas.
  • Use of the air conditioner (where available).
  • One parking space.
What are the potential additional costs during a stay with the Residence formula?
If you book a stay with the residence formula, you can buy:
  • Linen rental € 15 per person per week.
  • Private beach about € 15 per day (1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds).
  • Access to the swimming pool € 2.50 per person for a half day (beach umbrella and sunbeds for a fee). 
  • Mini-Club card (for children from 4 to 12 years old as per Covid guidelines) € 12 per child per week.
  • Sports Card € 25
What does the All-Inclusive basis include?
The All Inclusive basis includes:
  • The rental of the fully furnished unit.
  • TV located in the living room.
  • Consumption of water, electricity and gas.
  • Parking space.
  • Access to the swimming pool for the family unit. 
  • Private beach with one umbrella and two sunbeds from the third row back. 
  • Linen: one set of sheets and towels per person changed once a week (the number of sets given is based on the actual number of people present). 
  • Mini Club service for children from 4 to 12 years old. 
  • Use of air conditioner, where available.
What does the All Inclusive basis not include?
Both the Residence and All Inclusive formulas do not include board, use of sports fields and registration for sports tournaments organized by the entertainment team.

Pitches

How many people can stay on the pitch at the same time?
A maximum of 6 people.
How many amps are available in the pitches?
6 amps

Pet friendly

Are dogs allowed?
Yes, small and only in certain types of accommodations at a cost of €35 per week + an additional fee of €50 for the final cleaning.
Are cats allowed?
Yes, only in some types of accommodations, but an additional fee of €50 will be charged for the final cleaning.
Are dogs allowed to go to the beach?
Yes, one part of the umbrellas in our private beach has been earmarked as a "dog beach." They cannot be reserved before you arrive at the holiday village.
Are dogs allowed in the pool?
No, dogs are not allowed in the pool.

Sport

With a sports card, can a person sign up for multiple tournaments?
Yes, the same person can sign up for multiple tournaments.
With a sports card, can different people sign up for multiple tournaments?
Yes, as long as they sign up for different tournaments.
With a sports card, can different people sign up for the same tournament?
No, it is not possible to sign up two people for the same tournament with one card.

Entertainment

How does the kids club work?
The kids club is a service for children between the ages of 4 and 12. It consists of two hours of various activities that take place on the beach, the pool and the sports area in the morning and two hours in the afternoon.
Is there a junior club?
Yes, there is a Junior Club for children from 13 to 17 years of age

Pool

Does the access to the pool include a beach umbrella?
No, the admission to the pool does not include a beach umbrella. Poolside sunbeds are subject to availability. Should you want a beach umbrella, you must purchase one separately. The cost varies depending on whether you buy it in the morning or afternoon.
Is it possible to buy multiple admissions to the pool?
No, it is not possible. However, you can purchase the beach umbrella at the pool either for a day or for a week.

Beach

How far is the beach from the holiday village?
Our holiday village has direct access to the beach.
Is the beach sandy or pebbly?
Our beach is pebbly. However, we have an artificial terrace where there are a part of the beach umbrellas on imported sand.

Does the railroad pass inside the village?
Yes, the railroad passes through the holiday village and divides the sports area from the accommodation area. The accommodation area is closer to the sea. You can use the underpass to go from one zone to the other.
Are the parking lots close to the mobile homes?
No, there is no possibility to park near the mobile home you booked. The car has to be parked in the communal parking lots that are located inside our holiday village.
Do you rent bicycles?
Yes, only for adults.
